First, click on the link and you have a choice to "open" or "save" the mp3.

When you click on "open" it takes about a minute, and then you click again and it opens in your computers media player so you can listen to it. 

If you don't have a player you can download one for free.

Two choices are ITunes or Real Player

It's better to "save" it to your computer hard drive, because opening is only temporary - after a week the link will be gone.

To "save" it, click on save, you download the mp3s to your hard drive (it will ask where do you want it to go - you choose your music folder or you create a folder just for self-hypnosis).

Once it's downloaded, you can open the mp3 on your computer media player anytime (refer above).  And you can burn a CD, that is if you have a CD burner and program for burning.

If you have a problem (you're receiving an ERROR) with PayPay it's usually easy to fix. It maybe that your computer is blocking their cookies which are necessary to link with your computer for security reasons. If you know how to correct the problem, great! (If you're on Internet Explorer Browser click on Tools at the top.Click on Internet Options and then click on Privacy. Place the slide-ruler on Medium or less. I think that should do it. You can always reset it later.)

 

Or contact PayPal for answers on how to correct the problem (tell them your kind of computer PC or MAC and browser) or any other ERROR that you may be receiving when you fill out the information. (You can always delete cookies afterwards. Just click on Tools in your browser, click on Internet Options and delete cookies.)
